Elizabeth formed Simply Organized over 20 years ago to develop plans to help individuals and businesses boost efficiency and productivity, reduce stress, save time, and simplify work systems and lives.

She facilitates the organization process by consulting with clients to identify problem areas, setting organizational goals, presenting customized solutions tailored to professions and work style, and providing hands-on assistance.

Your initial consultation includes a needs assessment and an evaluation of the systems you are currently using. After the consultation there are a number of approaches to tackling your organizational issues:

First, Simply Organized can act as a consultant to help you prioritize your goals and design a plan of implementation. You then put the goals and plan into action on your own.

Secondly, clients may also choose to have Simply Organized go one step further  by initiating the necessary steps in creating the new system(s).  Simply Organized will work with you, hands on, to clear your clutter.

However, if your schedule does not allow you time to work on the organization plan and you just want Simply Organized “to get the job done,” Elizabeth is more than capable of working independently on the agreed upon plan.

Also, please do not tidy up your home and office before Simply Organized arrives! Your piles and cluttered surfaces provide valuable insight into your patterns and help to determine what organizing systems will work best for you to maintain order.

  • Space planning solutions for growing business operations.  Through reorganization of the office layout, businesses optimize current space, avoiding relocation or expanding lease space.

  • Paper document management in large and small firms decreases clutter and increases productivity.  Elizabeth’s approach to successful paper management is updating or designing an effective filing system.

  • Enhanced spatial arrangements are taken into consideration.  Through organization and planning, clients are provided maximum utility with overall enhancement of atmosphere.

  • Relocation consultation includes arranging and supervising the entire moving process, unpacking, and setting up the office and filing system.  Elizabeth becomes involved in new furniture choices and designing the layout of the new business office or home.

  • Elizabeth also has organized small events for clients.  She takes client ideas from concept to conception.

About Elizabeth

Elizabeth has been organizing client’s businesses and homes since 1999.

A native Houstonian, Elizabeth attended the University of San Diego and graduated cum laude from the University of Houston in 1997 with a BA in psychology.

Appointments and Policies

  • Hourly Rate: $60.00

Minimum Number of Hours:

  1. (2) hour minimum for inside Loop 610.

  2. (3) hour minimum for inside Beltway 8.

  3. (4) hour minimum for outside Beltway 8.

  • Payments

Payment is due upon services rendered unless previous arrangements have been made.  Billing rates are based on the assumption of prompt payment.  Cash and checks accepted.

  • Cancellation/Rescheduling

Kindly cancel 48 hours before an appointment.  Due to the time commitment required of the organizer and client, there is a cancellation fee for all missed appointments.  The charge covers the minimum number of hours per appointment.

  • Phone Calls

    I am with clients throughout the day and seldom have the opportunity to take calls.  However, when possible phone calls and e-mails are returned within 24 hours.  Phone calls are often returned during lunch hours or after 5:30 pm.  Please note, I do not check voicemail messages or e-mail over the weekend.

  • Travel Fees

For client locations that require extended travel time, an additional fee may be charged.

  • Supplies

    Various organizing hardware may be required to complete a project and will be a separate expense required of the client.

  • Privacy/Confidentiality

Your privacy is respected and your confidentiality is honored. Because of the high level of trust placed in me by clients, all client information, business or personal, written or verbal, is absolutely confidential.

  • Assurance

In the course of performing services for you, I will be handling paperwork and personal effects with care and respect.  However, I cannot assume responsibility for missing or incomplete documents or broken items.
